Welcome to WILLUME. These terms apply to every purchase on willume.com. By placing an order, you agree to them. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms reduces the rights the law of your country gives you.

Who we are

WILLUME PTY LTD, ABN 51 694 651 173, 76a Stansfield Avenue, Bankstown NSW 2200, Australia. Email: admins@willume.com.

Your order

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before it ships — for example if we suspect fraud, the product is unavailable, or we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel, we tell you promptly and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where supported. Taxes are calculated and collected at checkout where they apply. If we discover an obvious pricing error after you order, we will contact you before shipping: you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to. No minimum spend and no delivery surcharges. We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States (the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.), the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Austria. Delivery times, tracking, and our no-surprise-fees promise on duties are in our Shipping Policy.

30-day risk-free trial, returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to try the lamp at home and return it for a full refund, for any reason. Return shipping is free. Use it properly during those 30 days — normal use is expected and is fine. To return, email admins@willume.com with your order number, your reason, and photos showing the current condition of the lamp and its parts; we will send you a prepaid postage label. The lamp must come back complete, undamaged, in good working order, and in its original packaging. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also keep your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Full details, including the withdrawal form, are in our Refund Policy.

Three-year warranty

Every WILLUME product is covered by a three-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. It starts on the day your order is delivered.

What is covered

  • Manufacturing defects and failures that occur under normal use.
  • The lamp head: LEDs, touch control, stepless dimming, and colour temperature modes.
  • The charging system, including a battery that fails prematurely.
  • The table stand, clip-on mount, magnetic ball mount, and the magnetic dock system.

What is not covered

  • Normal wear and tear, and cosmetic marks from everyday use.
  • The gradual decline in battery capacity that is normal for every rechargeable battery.
  • Damage from drops, impacts, liquids, misuse, or accidents.
  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs.
  • Loss or theft.

How to make a claim

Email admins@willume.com with your order number, a short description of the problem, and photos or a short video showing the fault. We reply within 2 business days. If the fault is covered, we will repair the product, replace it, or refund you. If we ask you to send the item back, we pay the shipping. A replacement is covered for the remainder of the original three-year term. A valid claim costs you nothing; if you incur reasonable postage to make one, email us the receipt and we will reimburse you.

This warranty is given by WILLUME PTY LTD and is valid in every country we ship to: Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Austria. Your statutory rights (see our Legal Notice) always apply alongside it.

Safe use

Use the lamp as described in the included instructions. Charge it with a standard USB-C power source. Do not immerse it in water, disassemble the battery, or use it if visibly damaged.

Our content

Everything on this site — text, photos, videos, logos, product design — belongs to WILLUME PTY LTD or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no fraudulent orders, no interfering with the site's operation, no scraping at scale, no attempting to access accounts that are not yours.

Our liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits: your statutory consumer rights (including under the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, and EU and UK consumer law); liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence; fraud; or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or New Zealand, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where the law allows. If something goes wrong, email us first — almost everything can be sorted out in one or two messages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
