Legal notice
Your legal rights
This warranty is a voluntary commercial guarantee. It sits on top of your legal rights. It never replaces or reduces them.
European Union. Under EU law, you are entitled to remedies from the seller free of charge if goods are not in conformity with the sales contract, for a minimum of two years from delivery. Those legal remedies are not affected by this warranty.
United Kingdom. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund.
Australia. The following statement is required by the Australian Consumer Law:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. |
New Zealand. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a product fails to comply with a guarantee, you are entitled to the remedies set out in that Act. This warranty is in addition to those rights, and nothing in it limits them.
United States. This is a limited warranty. It gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
