You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return it, for any reason. Return shipping is free.

A real 30-day trial

This is a risk-free tryout, not a look-but-don't-touch return window. Use the lamp in your home for the full 30 days — on your desk, by your bed, wherever you were hoping it would work. If it isn't right for you, send it back and we refund you in full.

Conditions

• The lamp must come back in original condition: complete, undamaged, and in good working order. Normal use during your 30-day trial is expected and is absolutely fine.
• Include all four parts — lamp head, table stand, clip-on mount, and magnetic ball mount — plus the USB-C cable.
• Return it in the original packaging.

How to return

1. Email admins@willume.com with your order number, the reason you are returning it, and a few clear photos showing the current condition of the lamp and all its parts.
2. We will reply with a prepaid return postage label and the return address — you pay nothing to send it back. Where prepaid labels are not available in your country, we will reimburse your postage instead. Keep your receipt.
3. Ship the item back within 14 days of contacting us.

Refunds

We refund the full amount you paid, including any delivery costs, to your original payment method. We process refunds within 14 days of receiving your return, or within 14 days of you showing proof of postage, whichever comes first. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.

If a returned item comes back damaged, incomplete, or in a condition beyond what normal trial use would cause, we may deduct a reasonable amount for the loss in value. This never limits your statutory rights, including the EU and UK right of withdrawal below.

Faulty or damaged items

If your lamp arrives damaged or develops a fault, do not use the standard return process. Email us photos or a short video with your order number. We will send a free replacement or a full refund. If we need the item back, we pay all shipping costs. Faulty items are also covered by our three-year warranty and your statutory rights.

Exchanges

We keep it simple: return your order for a refund and place a new one. Faulty items are replaced free of charge.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason. Consumers in the United Kingdom have an equivalent 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our 30-day return policy is more generous, so in practice you can simply use it. Your statutory rights below are never limited by our own policy.

Instructions on withdrawal

Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you name (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

How to exercise it. Inform us, WILLUME PTY LTD ABN 51 694 651 173, email admins@willume.com, of your decision by an unambiguous statement, for example an email or a letter sent by post. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. You can also withdraw online through the cancellation and return option on your order status page. If you use it, we will send you confirmation of receipt by email without delay. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the 14-day period expires.

Effects of withdrawal. We refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not extra costs if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We use the same payment method you used, and the refund costs you nothing. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you supply proof that you have sent them, whichever comes first.

Returning the goods. Send the goods back to us without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you told us you are withdrawing. We bear the cost of returning the goods: contact us for a prepaid label, or we will reimburse your postage.

Diminished value. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
